NOTICE II.
Children of Ecuador Foundation has nothing to do with Global Pension Plan, or Globalpp.net and more related websites.
Please be aware about this notice before making any financial decisions. The last months and weeks we have been receiving several e-mails from several people from all over the world making questions and claims regarding an insurance website we knew about years ago. This people came mainly to us indicating and asking about our relation with an internet scheme known as Global Pension Plan, CEF has made its best to help this people on its questions and concerns, despite it is not our labour or mission to do so, but the need of making a second notice is relevant now. We want to clarify this situation, It is with regret that we have seen the need to make an Official letter now indicating that Children of Ecuador Foundation or Breadforkids.org has no partnership nor any relation with this business or financial service offered online known as Global Pension Plan. Please note that we can not say if this is a legal or ilegal business, we can not guarantee anything, we have never made that, for any website or person. We are a charity foundation helping children in need in the amazon jungle and thats all what we do! The Story: This people offered years ago to CEF an undetermined donation of money, but this offer was never fulfilled nor was set with this people any offical agreement, and we believe they did the approach looking to gain ur trust and missuse our seal and name. Around 2 years ago they asked us to lend our Official Seal as partners after making a symbolic donation that was below 500 usd. We accepted such small donation because as a non profit organization we are allowed by law to accept donations or gifts from people or organizatons worldwide wanting to help our cause. The reason why we see the need to post this notice is to let everyone know that we are not related to this website known as Global Pension Plan or more websites, forums, newsletters or blogs, etc promoting this website or any similar offers, etc. Our Seal regulations require our seal members to continuosly support our cause and works, that active support will convert them into real CEF Sponsors. Global Pension Plan never did that and refused to provide any proof regarding its activities, names, addresses etc So we voided its seal application. a) We never approved nor signed any documents with Global Pension Plan or his people as they never made a serious or legal approach to our organization. b) Global Pension Plan never shared with us any other information than a simple free e-mail address from where they approached to us and offered to support our humanitary cause. c) CEF has never agreed to any form of official partnership with Global Pension Plan. Our Seal program shows only that a website is actively supporting our cause but thats is not the case for this Global Pension Plan, website. They were in the obligation to use our Seal under our terms and conditions but this has not been the case. After several failed intents to contact them, again some months ago we asked Global Pension Plan to remove our Seal Logo but they ignored or never received our notices. We sent again more notices by all available means the last weeks and they ignored our requests again untill this date. Our conclusion: This website has missused our identity and seal, they have failed to acomplish any promise made to help our charity efforts, no more donations except the first one they did and sent by an anonymous online system has been received from them. They are not approved by us but we believe they are actually using our foundation name for a business we can not guarantee is legal or not, is serious or not, is viable or not. As many of you out there we simple do not know. In a last effort to find a solution to this situation we asked again the last weeks to them, to provide at least an address or telephone where we can contact them and verify they are a real Insurance firm or anything legal. This way we expected to talk about all the disturbing news, we were hearing, and clarify the situation, etc But again nothing has been received from them, not a single call. This is very strange to our eyes because every person and organization that has contacted us before and made any donation, gladly provided its contact information available to us as usual in a reciprocal way. We understand that this is basic for any communciation and in order to create trust. - About Globalpp.net administration they only exist online to our eyes, so we can not trust them. We also want to explain our concern regarding some people using and taking the names of our members and foundation directors on their letters, posts and claims, On their incorrect assumptions regarding our non existent relation with Global Pension Plan, some poeple with no names and faces but mere forum nickmanes have took and used our names to create stories, emulate profiles, name us as scammers etc. They appear to be doing that only looking to win some internet discussions or mini wars at forums online, and continue to appear as if they were right all the time on its comments and statements. That people is not meassuring consequences on their acts by damaging an organization image and its supporting members, they are just writing whatever they want in order to appear as the wisest person to its gang or group of friends but not seeing the real harm they are doing to our casue. That is not fair and legal, that is doing nothing but attacking the wrong people and organzation. That is simply finding someone innocent beside to throw its stones of anger, while they refuse theirselves to see the reality here. Please focus your attention on the people that apparently is really deceiving you and not in our charitative members who have no more knowledge than you about this mess. Focus your efforts not in hurting a legit charity, but in findng the people that you have not been able to find or trace, that is hiding until now. We are open to everyone and we are not hidng anywhere! Do not ruin those working daily to help those in need.. If you are a serious person with a good and honest heart help us to keep clean our charity name and its members or real supporters involved in our mission. We understand that this can happen because our Organization is the only one, that appear here as a real one, with real people names, addresses and telephone numbers to contact and talk to, and this is because we are honest people and we have nothing to hide, and it has always been the case. We believe that our and your Foundation, The Children of Ecuador Foundation, CEF, a real charity is being abused right now for many people, our members being accused just for working and volunteerng here, and thats is not fair. Our official Seal continue to be in missuse, sticked to that site (globalpp.net). Still we care about everyone out there and our Mission to help kids in need so we stand firm here in fron of you with our hands clean. There is not much that we can do as this people is covered in the web. This Global PP people appear to exist in the shadows only, and we simply have no way to solve this issue but we yes can help people again by providing our side of the story for everyone honest to know and understand what we are facing and have faced here. We sincerely apologize for this situation, but we have done for several months all the efforts we can, to get our seal removed with no success. We thought that we where being approached for a real and serious business, now we believe we were not. Please be aware of this situation and share this information wth any person interested in knowing about the situation we face. If you hold any information that could lead us to solve this matter please let us know by contacting us. If you are the Administration of Global Pension Plan please contact us with your real contact information and clarify this problem for eveyrone!

NOTICE I
CEF Seal program has been abused by unauthorized persons and online businesses.
Please Report those websites to us and the Authorities! For some time we have been dealing with this issue and we believe it is important that Breadforkids.org and "The Children of Ecuador Foundation" can make an Official Clarification regarding several websites and organizations abusing our Seal Program.
As you all known our Seal Program has a clear and specific function, which is to help our organization to continue achieving its goal to take ecuadorian children out of suffering and poverty.
The facts that our supporting members need to know:
1) Children of Ecuador Foundation, has no partnership or direct relation with any website, company or business online or offline. We are a unique entity legally registered in Ecuador, and Ecuador only. Children of Ecuador Foundation is working for the ecuadorian children. We have no partners other than our supporting donators and foundation members.
2) Children of Ecuador Foundation has nothing to do with any of those websites online claiming to give prizes, money, investment funds, rewards, etc We we will never back such programs. Sadly some unscrupulous people have misused our Seal and our organization name abusing of our seal (images) claiming that they are our partners. This is not true.
From time to time we are approached by business and organizations claiming that they can or want to help our cause, we listen those people and we believe in the extend we can as nay other charity organization would do. But Children of Ecuador Foundation has never signed a contract, agreement or any document to back such projects. Children of Ecuador Foundation has never collaborated with such ventures but we have remained in a legal and neutral position all the time.
Our "Proud Sponsor Seal" Shows ONLY that an organization or person has compromised with us to donate to our cause and nothing else. Many however after compromising with our children that way, have never donated a single dollar or have stopped doing so immediately after being granted permission to use our seal, even after all our efforts and requests to have them removing our Logos and Seal they have continued to do so, misusing our name and abusing our Charity.
For Donations Children of Ecuador Foundation is legally approved to receive such donations under ecuadorian laws.
3) Children of Ecuador Foundation does not back or sponsor any websites or persons directly, not even those listed in our Official Approved Sponsors List. The websites listed in our Official List, are only those that continue to back our cause but we can not guarantee their activities, services, products or legality or even future actions as you all can understand.
Any other websites or programs using our Seal, logos or naming our organization as partners collaborators or anything related not listed in our official website are simply abusing our organization and should be stopped. Please denounce such people to the authorities and let us know their contact information please. We reserve the right to prosecute any unauthorized use or abuse of our organization to all extend of law. Children of Ecuador Foundation will do that through all the competent authorities.
4) Children of Ecuador Foundation will not back and has not relation with such websites and we strongly believe that at this time some people are taking our name to gain other people confidence to scam them. Children of Ecuador Foundation will not be held responsible for such illegal acts. Or those trying to involve people in programs non listed in our website, and that claim and abuse from our Logos, websites, telephones and addresses and that even try to suggest our members and directors are involved in such schemes, business proposals or projects.
5) Children of Ecuador Foundation contrary to such other projects and programs is open to everyone our Addresses and Telephones are all listed in our sites even the name of our Online Directors. If you need to verify anything please simply Contact Us or give us a call. DO NOT MAKE ANY ASSUMPTIONS it is a risky practice, very common online, but that could even lead you into legal troubles. Do not take the name of our Directors and organizations to create stories this is an action that we reserve also the right to prosecute if we believe it has affected our good name and prestige.
6) Children of Ecuador Foundation is open to any kind of legal investigation under the ecuadorian laws and ready to help authorities prosecuting any criminal activities.
7) Children of Ecuador Foundation is backing and will back all its legal members and founders, as honest persons and ethic business men. But we also clarify that our members are free to act on their personal activities and this does not imply that every activity developed by our members is immediately backed by Children of Ecuador Foundation.
